Blue Hen fever
As Elena Delle Donne’s college career comes to a close this season, the University of Delaware women’s basketball team is looking to make one final NCAA tournament run with the hometown star at the helm.
The Blue Hens are well on their way to a return trip to the NCAA tournament, where they lost in the second round last year. This year, Delaware will host the first two rounds of March Madness, which means the Hens have a chance to play in front of the home crowd.
WHYY-TV will broadcast the Blue Hens’ game against Hofstra Sunday, Feb. 3.
