Photo: Biggest moon since 1993 makes weekend appearance

    Did you catch the super moon this weekend? If you peeked out your window Saturday, you may have noticed a larger-than-usual moon looking back at you.

    As NASA explains, it was a “perigee moon,” and the biggest moon we’ve had since 1993. But no matter how big it looks, the moon is still more than 200,000 miles away.
