Some of Delaware’s top employers are among the 100 best companies according to Working Mother Magazine. The annual compilation of the most family-friendly employers includes AstraZeneca, DuPont, and Bank of America.

The magazine determined how family-friendly a company is by looking at flextime and telecommuting policies. It also gave companies high points for providing on-site lactation rooms for nursing mothers. Companies were graded based on answers to more than 500 questions. This year, extra weight was given to a companies polices for benefits, flexibility, and parental leave.
This is the 24th year the magazine has released the top 100 companies for working mothers.
