Ben Franklin Bridge closed Sunday morning for Tour de Shore

    The “Tour de Shore” charity bike ride will kick off in Philadelphia this Sunday, July 29, shutting down the Ben Franklin Bridge for nearly two hours in the morning, from 6:45 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

    An estimated 1,500 bicyclists will participate in the annual 65-mile bike tour, which begins at The Irish Pub at 20th and Walnut and ends at the Irish pub in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

    Tour de Shore has raised over $2.2 million for local children’s charities over the past 25 years.
