Bath salts confiscated from Wildwood Boardwalk shops

    It’s not just the Boardwalk games and mock casinos New Jersey’s Division of Consumer Affairs investigates.To make sure Wildwood’s Boardwalk is on the up and up, routine visits will look for violations all over. That includes the sale of bath salts.
    The Press of Atlantic City reports 1,400 packets of the synthetic drug were collected yesterday from 18 stores, totaling $35,000.Offending stores won’t face charges, but the packets will be destroyed. The state Assembly advanced a bill to ban bath salts and other synthetic drugs last month.
