Barnes moves ahead despite legislator’s push to freeze funding

    Construction on the Barnes Museum hasn’t slowed despite the intentions of Mother Nature and Rep. Jim Gerlach.

    As Peter Crimmins and Kim Paynter report, the relocation project is moving forward in Philadelphia, even as Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett has been asked to pull state funding from the project and the city’s been covered in snow and ice for the last two months.
