Ballot positions luck of the draw for city’s campaigners

Danny Savage drew the top ballot position for 7th District Council. The announcement came in a message of hope for the candidate, who faces incumbent Maria Quinones-Sanchez in the upcoming election.

Some of the other positions drew laughter from the Board of Elections, Heard in the Hall reports.
Michael Nutter is No. 2 to Milton Street’s No. 1 spot — unless the challenge to Street’s campaign holds up. Bill Greenlee drew the top council spot, and Marge Tartaglione, also being challenged, drew the last of seven commissioner spots.
