Bail set for Delware County woman charged for duct-taping toddler
A Delaware County judge has granted bail to Caira Ferguson, provided she’s not alone with her daughter.
The Delaware County Times reports Ferguson is free to go for 10 percent of $25,000 and will not be allowed unsupervised contact with her 2-year-old. Ferguson was arrested and charged last week when a photo surfaced of her posing with her toddler, who’d been bound to a chair with duct tape and had another piece of tape over her mouth. The toddler was placed in the custody of her godparents.
