Aurora shooter’s mail ends up in West Chester
Postal inspectors are trying to determine how mail from a suspect in a Colorado shooting rampage ended up in Pennsylvania.
Postal inspector Pamela Durkee tells KUSA-TV James Holmes’ mail has been forwarded to a Pennsylvania man.
The station reports that Jonathan Riches of West Chester, Pa., posted a picture of a magazine originally sent to Holmes’ address in Aurora.
The magazine is the August edition of “The Weekly Standard,” featuring a story on the cover about the supreme leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, titled “The Most Dangerous Man in the World.”
Riches could not be located for comment on Friday.
Holmes is accused in the July 20 shooting that left 12 people dead and 58 wounded.
