Appellate court upholds decision to revoke Foxwoods license

    Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court has sided with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in its decision to revoke the gaming license of Philadelphia’s would-be Foxwoods Casino.

    Foxwoods lost its license in December after first getting it in 2006, and investors sought an appeal. The Associated Press reports the gaming board hasn’t yet taken applications for the casino’s license, which was the first $50 million casino license revoked int he board’s history.
