App stores

In another desperate bid by retailers to get holiday shoppers into their stores, the King of Prussia Mall has released an iPhone app that lets you navigate the mall from anywhere.

The app gives you information on all of the stores in the mall, along where you should park for easiest access.  It also gives information on events, holiday deals, and the weather (in the mall?)

You can’t actually shop using the app, but you can use it to find your way through the mall once you’re there.  Unfortunately, the app uses the same confusing color coding map system you see in just about every mall (I seem to get trapped in the yellow section of every mall I visit).
