AP: Delaware police seek 2 in Wilmington gas station robbery

Police are looking for two men they say are involved in the armed robbery of a Wilmington gas station.

Delaware State Police say the robbery happened Saturday around 6:15 p.m. at the Shell gas station at 4598 Kirkwood Highway. Police say two men entered the gas station store with their faces covered by scarves and confronted a 29-year–old employee. Police say the employee was forced to get on the floor by the suspect armed with the gun. The suspects allegedly took money from the cash register as well as cigarettes before they fled.

Police did not say how much cash or cigarettes were stolen. The employee was unharmed.
