Amtrak delays

Traffic was a pain last night, and some problems persist in to this morning:

Signal problems are hampering Amtrak trains traveling between Philadelphia and Baltimore, and travelers should expect to encounter train cancellations and delays of up to two hours.

A light dusting of snow still covers much of the Delaware Valley from last night – meaning it’s slippery out there. Last night road crews treated major highways but temperatures are expected to remain below freezing through the morning.

While it isn’t supposed to snow today, The National Weather says a storm is expected to develop to the south on Saturday. Forecasters say there is the potential for snow along the Jersey shore and south Jersey late Saturday into Sunday.
