America’s oldest Italian restaurant is right here in Philadelphia

A big Feed congrats to Ralph’s, the nation’s oldest Italian restaurant.

While this red sauce staple has been Philly’s favorite, and oldest for years, it wasn’t until the reigning champ, San Francisco’s Fior D’Italia closed earlier this month that Ralph’s took the honor.

According to uwishunu.com, Ralph’s first opened in 1900, and it’s been owned and operated by the Dispigno family ever since.
