Agency says Newtown is Pennsylvania’s most expensive real estate market
Turns out Pennsylvania’s most expensive real estate market is in the Delaware Valley, according to Coldwell Banker.
Based on six months’ worth of listings from more than 2,000 North American markets, Newtown has the priciest market.
In the Bucks County town, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home goes or $623,078, as Newtown Patch notes. The average price in Pennsylvania and the nation is around $292,000.
So where’s the most affordable market in the state? Penn Hills, outside of Pittsbugh.
