Agency names Pa. worst state for toxic power plant emissions

    The Philadelphia Business Journal is reporting that the Environmental Integrity Project has named Pennsylvania the worst state in the nation for air pollution from power plants.

    The state earned that dubious distinction by ranking at the top of the heap for arsenic and lead emissions, according to the EIP.
