AG Biden unveils chronic polluter legislation
Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden will announce legislation designed to strengthen the state’s enviornmental enforcement laws.
Biden will be joined by a group of state lamwakers including Senator David McBride and Representatives Quinn Johnson and Michael Mulrooney. The legislation to be unveiled this afternoon in Wilmington is designed to improve the state’s ability to crack down on companies that “habitually ignore Delaware’s environmental laws.”
