After the storm: A video blog from Kent County

    When the snow finally stopped falling and the gusting winds subsided, it was time for folks in Kent County to dig out and assess damage. WHYY’s Bill Cook takes you on a video tour.

    People in Kent County woke up Thursday to blue skies, brilliant sunshine and another 10 inches of snow on the ground.

    But it seemed like so much more.

    High winds and snowplows pushed snow on top of existing piles of snow to create mountains, at least by Delaware standards.
