Abandoned girl’s father charged with murder
Father of abandoned girl found at a Newark gas station is now accused of killing the girl’s mother.
25 year old Dwayne Jackson of Edison, NJ is facing murder charges in connection with the death of 25-year-old Patricia Belizaire of North Brunswick.
The couple’s 20 month old daughter, who has now been identified as Hanna Balizaire Jackson was found over the weekend, abandoned in a gas station bathroom in Newark, Delaware.
North Brunswick Police accuse Jackson of killing Belizaire in New Jersey, and then driving her body to Ramapo, New York, where he allegedly set her body on fire. His bail, which had been $700,000 on reckless endangering charges, has now been increased to $2 million.
