A pleasant week ahead at the shore

It’s a beautiful start to the day in Ship Bottom, the location of this image from moments ago courtesy of TheSurfersView.com.

Tranquil, dry, and comfortable weather has arrived for most of the entire week, with the only exception being the chance for showers or a thunderstorm Thursday. With low humidity, it will be downright pleasant.

For today, an abundance of sunshine. Temperatures in the mid to upper 70s at the beaches, low 80s inland. West winds at 5 to 10 mph.

BOAT/BEACH: Other than the threat of flies because of a light west wind, it’s fantastic day for fun in the sun. The breakers and ocean swells are running about two to three feet, and there is a moderate risk of rip currents, so always swim near a lifeguard. The ocean temperature remains warm in the low 70s. There is zero chance of precipitation.
