9-year-old trains for marathon run in Antarctica

    Would you run 26 miles? In Antarctica?

    No matter your age, running a marathon is a challenge. Now imagine running it in the coldest place on Earth: for a cause, of course.

    According to CBS3, a 9-year-old from West Chester, Pennsylvania is training for a marathon run being held in Antarctica in February. He’s doing it as a way to raise money for his family’s charity, to provide coats to keep children warm.
