Philadelphia Police are seeking the public’s help to help locate Thomas Wimbish. The 72 year old was last seen at his home on the 6300 block of Milton Street on July 21 at 4 p.m.
Wimbish suffers from dementia and is described as 6’1″, 158 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black and grey plaid shirt, black pants and black shoes.
