7-Eleven planning to offer fresh food options

7-Eleven is on a health kick. The convenience store chain is planning to start offering fresh food options for calorie conscious consumers, according to the New York Times. New choices will include yogurt parfait and crudité. Don’t worry, there’s no word that they’re planning to drop the Big Gulp or Slurpee just yet.
