7:30 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 6700 block of Ridge Ave. Complainant threatened with handgun after driving dispute. Suspect arrested.

7:40 p.m. Theft: 4500 block of Main St. Attempted purse snatch.

8:30 p.m. Theft: 7900 block of Henry Ave. Ashtray and lighters taken from porch.

9:00 p.m. Robbery: 4100 block of Cresson St. Attempted taking of complainant’s purse.

12:30 p.m. Residential Burglary: 200 block of Osborn St. Purse and jewelry taken from residence.

1:26 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 7900 block of Henry Ave. Complainant tazed after opening door.

3:00 p.m. Theft: 600 block of Cathedral Rd. Checkbook taken from residence.

Jan. 18

9:30 a.m. Residential Burglary: 400 block of Flamingo St. Suspect seen casing home; no entry to residence.

10:38 a.m. Theft: 3700 block of Cresson St. $2,000 of copper wire from SEPTA tracks was taken. Suspect arrested.

12:42 p.m. Theft: 3700 block of Main St. Deodorant taken from CVS. Suspect arrested.

8 p.m. Residential Burglary: 500 block of Lantern Ln. Baseball memorabilia taken from residence, later returned.

10:35 p.m. Robbery: 4300 block of Boone St. Complainant’s purse taken; shirt and bra removed after which a photo was taken of the complainant whose head was subsequently pushed against a railing.

12 a.m. Theft: 4400 block of Main St. Credit card, cash, and iPhone taken from wallet.

2 a.m. Auto Theft: 400 block of Leverington Ave. Taken was a 2012 Toyota Camry.

3:30 p.m. Burglary: Henry Ave., no block information given. Chain saws and pesticides taken from city facility.

6:29 p.m. Robbery: 4200 block of Tower St. Blue bag taken from complainant in vehicle.

11:15 p.m. Burglary: 500 block of Green Ln. Hole cut in roof of building; nothing taken.

1:00 a.m. Theft: Unit block of Rector St. Purse taken from hook at restaurant. Items recovered.

Jan. 22

10:45 a.m. Robbery: 300 block of Ripka St. Complainant was awakened by suspects, who tied hands and placed blanket over complainant’s head, taking $7,200 of jewelry and three firearms.

 

11:12 a.m. Aggravated Assault: 500 block of Martin St. Complainant punched in face and struck with a skateboard.

2:00 p.m. Residential Burglary: 3800 block of Terrace St. Electronics and mail taken from apartment.
