There, they found a 57-year-old man in the driver’s seat of a maroon 2001 Oldsmobile suffering from a gunshot wound to the left side of his head.

The victim, whose name was not publicly released Monday morning pending family notification, was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in “extremely critical condition.”

He’d be declared dead less than three hours later, police said.

No further information was available about motive or possible suspects on Monday.

Anyone with information about the fatal shooting is asked to call 911 or the tips line at (215) 686-TIPS, text a tip to PPD TIP (773847) or send it in via the department’s website.
