$2 million bail set for alleged subway attacker

    Bail was set at $2 million for William Clark, the man who was arrested for allegedly attacking a woman on the Broad-Ridge Spur earlier in the week.

    SEPTA police arrested him on Thursday afternoon at 15th and JFK Boulevard.

    According to Philly.com, Clark, 36, of Southwest Philadelphia, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on Feb. 5 when he will face charges including aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, theft and related offenses.
