A wedding dress and camera reported stolen 

1800 block 73rd Ave. – Fuji camera and a wedding dress stolen from the property. She said she had UPS deliver the items, but when she got home they were missing. She said she found the camera box on her neighbor’s property without a camera inside.

July 13, 2011

1200 block E. Haines St. – 1997 Ford Taurus stolen.

2100 block Stenton Ave. – complainant said a group female offenders stabbed her in the right leg with a knife and hit her in the head with a bottle. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

6500 block E. Wister St. – complainant said a known offender pushed from behind and took an electric meter from her.

Unit block E. Chelten Ave. – complainant said a group of male offenders jumped him as he was leaving a McDonald’s restaurant. Offenders fled with some food, a bus token and $1 in cash.

6200 block Wissahickon Ave. – Sanyo digital camera, a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, a Macbook Pro, jewelry and $150 in cash stolen from the property.

1300 block E. Sedgwick St. – tire and rim stolen from a 2007 Dodge Charger.

100 block Roumfort Rd. – three wheels and three rims stolen from a 2006 Dodge Charger. Complainant said he found his vehicle on crates.

 

July 14, 2011

2700 block W. Cheltenham Ave. – complainant said someone stole a tire from his 2003 Honda Civic.

300 block Vernon Road – cell phone stolen from the property.

500 block Carpenter Lane – Garmin GPS, case of 5-hour energy, power tools and an unknown amount of apartment keys stolen from a Toyota.

600 block Park Lane – a 2005 Cadillac was set on fire.

500 block Carpenter Lane – electric bike stolen from the location. Complainant said he last saw the item at 8 p.m. July 13.

200 block E. Hartwell Lane – complainant said two men robbed him at gunpoint. Offenders ran off with two cell phones. One of the offenders was later arrested.

Unit block W. Bells Mill Road – debit card and $415 in cash stolen from a 1999 Ford Windstar.

8300 block Michener Ave. – two laptops, two debit cards and $1100 in cash stolen from the property between 6:20 a.m and 2 p.m. July 13.

Unit block Rex Ave. – car stolen between 1 a.m. July 14 and 8 a.m. July 15.

 

July 15, 2011

5500 block Bloyd St. – 2001 Chrysler Sebring stolen. Complainant said her friend took the car without her permission while she was sleeping. She said the offender refuses to tell her where the car is located.

6700 block Woolston Ave. – complainant said two known offenders struck her several times in the face after a dispute over the whereabouts of a recycling bin.

300 block Montana St. – 2002 Buick LeSabre stolen, but recovered prior to police report. Complainant said the car was stolen between 12-8 a.m. July 15 and that he later found it at Boyer and Hortter sts.

5700 block Chew Ave. – 47″ Phillips TV, two Gucci handbags, a Louis Vuitton handbag, jewelry and watches stolen from the property between 7:45-9:45 p.m. July 15.

5000 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said a man stole her iPhone 4 from her hand and fled.

Unit block E. Chelten Ave. – Garmin GPS stolen from a truck. Complainant said someone took the item from his unlocked car while he was making a delivery to a McDonald’s restaurant.

100 block E. Chelten Ave. – complainant said five men punched and wrestled him while he was trying to pump gas at the location. Offenders fled with $40 in cash, a pair of glasses and a cell phone.

300 block W. Duval St. – 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor stolen between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. July 15.

700 block Westview Ave. – complainant said a known offender stole her cell phone from an office area of the property.

200 block W. Upsal St. – GPS and a camera stolen from a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix.

8000 block Baldwin St. – complainant said a known offender threw a small glass jar at his head during a dispute. Complainant pushed the offender away and went inside.

 

July 16, 2011

Baynton St. / Walnut Lane – complainant said a man mugged her at gunpoint. She said the offender walked away with a wallet, debit cards, an ID and $800 in cash.

7900 block Rugby St. – jewelry box and jewelry stolen from the property.

6800 block N. 19th St. – jig saw, 60 piece tool kit and two nail guns stolen from a 1998 Mercury.

1900 block 71st Ave. – complainant said someone stole her German Sheppard puppy from her rear yard.

100 block E. Chelten Ave. – complainant said a group of teenagers punched him in the face, stole his briefcase and ran away. The briefcase contained a Bible, a $100 gift certificate and papers.

Germantown Ave. / Chelten Ave. – complainant said someone stole her purse from the location. The bag contained a wallet, debit card, ID, $70 in cash and a cell phone.

8100 block Germantown Ave. – complainant, a cashier, said a man robbed the gas station at gunpoint before fleeing in a Chevy Corsica. The offender fled with $1500 in cash.

100 block W. Springfield Ave. – jewelry, two handguns, two TVs, a Cannon camcorder and a two watches stolen from the property between 3 p.m. July 13 and 8 a.m. July 16.

 

July 17, 2011

6900 block Ogontz Ave. – 12 watches, purse, three pairs of sneakers, four pairs of jeans, four pairs of gloves and a laptop stolen from the property between 7 p.m. July 16 and 12:36 a.m. July 17.

7200 block Limekiln Pike – complainant said his cousin woke him up after hearing two gun shots. Complaint then saw two holes in the wall.

6700 block Woolston Ave. – copper pipes, water heater and a water valve stolen from the property. Complainant said the property is currently vacant.

E. Washington Lane / Rodney St. – complainant said he was mugged after getting off the bus. He said a man approached him from behind and stole $7,000 from the complainant. Complainant said the offender grabbed at his waistband “like he had a gun or something”.

5800 block Morton St. – complainant said his mother scratched him on his chest and stomach area with a butter knife during a dispute. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

Unit block Seymour St. – complainant said a man hit her in the face and took her wallet while she was walking to an A-Plus store. Complainant went to the hospital.

Unit block W. Washington Lane – complainant said a man pushed her to the ground and took her purse.

5700 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said a man mugged him at gunpoint. He said the offender stole $10 in cash and smashed his cell phone.

Cheltenham Ave. / Roumfort Road – complainant said a man punched and kicked him off his bike and then rode away with it.

 

July 18, 20111

E. Chelten Ave. / Boyer St. – complainant said she was mugged while walking home from a bar. She said a man with a sawed off shotgun approached her while riding a bike and said, “Give me everything you got”. Complainant said the offender struck her in the left eye with the butt of his gun when she tried to walk away. Offender fled with the complainant’s purse, which contained an ID, $400 in cash and a cell phone. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

7400 block E. Tulpehocken St. – iPod and workbag stolen from a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix.

200 block E. Rittenhouse St. – six brand new pairs of sneakers and clothing stolen from the property. Complainant said his uncle let his ex-girlfriend into his apartment while he was out of town.

5100 block Sheldon St. – 2011 Nissan Sentra stolen between 11 p.m. July 17 and 7 a.m. July 18. Complainant said the car was a rental.

Unit block E. Ashmead St. – Sony Playstation 3 stolen from the property between 9 p.m. July 17 and 4 a.m. July 18.

7500 block Germantown Ave. – four bikes stolen from a summer camp at the location.

 

July 19, 2011

1100 block E. Price St. – copper pipes stolen from a foreclosed home. Police arrested a man at the location who they saw taking the listed items.

6800 block Chew Ave. – copper pipes and drywall stolen from the property.

7100 block Ogontz Ave. – a State Store manager said a man tried to leave the store with two bottles of gin. Complainant said the man dropped the items and fled the scene after he approached the offender.

1800 block 73rd Ave. – Fuji camera and a wedding dress stolen from the property. She said she had UPS deliver the items, but when she got home they were missing. She said she found the camera box on her neighbor’s property without a camera inside.

6600 block Ross St. – three radiators and copper pipes stolen from the property.

Unit block E. Ashmead St. – complainant said that someone stabbed him in the left hand and forearm. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

300 block W. Johnson St. – 2008 Range Rover stolen. Complainant said she was out of town at the time.

7200 block Wissahickon Ave. – back pack and two iPhones stolen at the location.
