6600-block N. 21st St. – complainant said someone threatened him with a gun during an argument over a parking space. Offender fled the scene after drawing the firearm.

900 block E. Chelten Ave. – GPS system, cell phone and a charger cord were stolen from a 2009 Ford truck inside the Pastorius School parking lot.

Germantown Ave. / E. Wister St. – complainant said someone stabbed him with an unknown object after he tried to mug him. Complainant took himself to the hospital. Nothing was taken.

5500 block Chew Ave. – Sony stereo, iPod Touch and a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses were stolen from a 1994 Toyota Corolla.

8000 block Crittenden St. – antique sapphire ring, initial ring and six broaches were stolen from the property between 5:45-7:10 p.m. Dec. 21. Complainant said he was out Christmas shopping at the time.

200 block W. Allens Lane. – jewelry and a 20″ flat screen TV and various were stolen from the property between 2-4 p.m. Dec. 22.

 

Thursday, Dec 23

6000 block Avonhoe Rd. – various tools and three toilets were stolen from the property between 3:30 p.m. Dec. 22 and 9 a.m. Dec. 23. Complainant said he is doing construction work at the place. There were no signs of a forced entry.

7800 block Provident St. – 1991 Ford Taurus, two snow tires and a new car battery were stolen from the property.

6100 block Stenton Ave. – a student at Martin Luther King High School said another student punched him in the head, knocked him to the ground and stole $80 from him in the hallway.

Unit block E. Walnut Lane. – copper pipes stolen from the property between 11 a.m. Dec. 13 and 9 a.m. Dec. 23. Complainant said someone broke in through the rear kitchen door and took the pipes from the basement.

5800 block Wakefield St. – complainant said an acquaintance threw a glass bottle at her during an argument. The complainant was taken to the hospital to be treated for cuts on her left foot.

Chew Ave. / Church Lane. – complainant said someone snatched her iPhone from her hand and ran off the bus.

200 block E. Gravers Lane. – pink diamond necklace stolen from the property. Complainant said several other people live in the apartment but were away for the holidays.

8600 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said someone stole his cell phone from the counter at Bank of America.

 

Friday, Dec 24

2300 block 79th Ave. – 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee stolen between 12 – 6 a.m. Dec. 24.

6300 block Chew Ave. – complainant was shot in the stomach, stumbled into the deli and collapsed. The man died later at the hospital following surgery.

Germantown Ave. / E. Sedgwick St. – complainant said two men punched him several times after he refused to give them anything when they tried to mug him.

5900 block Greene St. – laptop was stolen from a 2004 Ford Explorer between 12 p.m. Dec. 23 and 5:30 a.m. Dec. 24.

400 block W. Sedgwick St. – Garmin GPS system, computer bag and a laptop were stolen from a 2008 Hyundai.

500 block Wellesley Rd. – mail and two original Claude Carter paintings were stolen. Complainant said she’s overseen and lived at her late husband’s estate for the past seven years. Complainant said her mother, who also owns the estate but lives in a nursing home, sent her siblings to the house to get some of her belongings. After they left, the complainant said the items were missing.

 

Saturday, Dec 25

5800 block Stockton Rd. – A man was murdered. Police responded to the location and found a man shot in the chest and soon thereafter pronounced him dead. The offender was arrested on the scene.

7800 block Limekiln Pk. – complainant said his girlfriend hit him on his right hand with a crutch during an altercation. The woman was arrested for domestic abuse.

5500 block Morton St. – 2008 Lexus stolen and recovered. Complainant said she used the car’s keyless entry feature to let the car heat up while she ran inside for a moment. The car was found parked and unoccupied nearby.

5800 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said a heavyset woman struck her in the face several times and tried to steal her bag. The offender fled the scene with the complainant’s Visa gift card.

 

Sunday, Dec 26

7800 block Williams Ave. – complainant said his sister stabbed him in the back with a pair of scissors during an argument over boots. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

6100 block Ross St. – complainant said that an acquaintance struck her in the head and left arm with a chair. The man was arrested.

8600 block Gilbert St. – 2002 Lexus stolen between 12 -8 a.m. Dec. 26.

 

Monday, Dec 27

5300 block Chew Ave. – scanning gun stolen was from the Fresh Grocer’s supermarket. Complainant said someone took the item from a shopping cart and walked out. The incident was caught on camera.

5800 block Magnolia St. – complainant said his ex-girlfriend scratched his face and cut his finger with a steak knife during an argument. Complainant said he stopped by to see if 3-year-old daughter and found the offender drunk.

400 block W. Walnut Lane. – complainant said her ex-boyfriend broke into the property and stole $300.

1400 block Vernon Rd. – 2009 Suzuki Forenza stolen.

7800 block Crefeld St. – 900 Euros were stolen from a bedroom nightstand between Sept. 18 and Dec. 27. Complainant said there was no forced entry.

 

Tuesday, Dec 28

500 block Brinton St. – complainant said a Toyota Avalon was set on fire and all four tires were slashed. Police later deemed the incident arson.

200 block Rosemary Lane. – complainant said a 2004 Buick was set on fire. Police later deemed the incident arson.

5600 block McMahon Ave. – INS card, iPod and CD’s were stolen from a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Complainant said the car was unlocked at the time.
