Abraham weighs another political run

A former Philadelphia district attorney might be making another run for political office.

Lynne Abraham has been in private practice since retiring in January .  She said a run for statewide elected office could be in her future.

“Obviously I’ve been asked to run for a variety of offices, and one of the things that people want me to take a very serious look at is the upcoming attorney general’s race, so I am certainly considering that,” said Abraham.

During the Pennsylvania Society meeting, Abraham was making the rounds speaking to people, but she would not say when she would be ready, if at all, to make any commitment to another run for public office.
