Each participant receives one entry for taking the quiz and a bonus entry for each person they refer that also completes the quiz.

RULES:
Contest dates are January 9 – April 2, 2020. Each participant receives one entry for taking the quiz and a bonus entry for each person you refer that also completes the quiz. You do not have to answer correctly for entry. (Delivery method TBA).

One (1) GRAND PRIZE drawing will take place on April 3, 2020. All entries for the GRAND PRIZE must be received by 5 p.m. on April 2, 2020. The GRAND PRIZE will be dinner for four (4) at a Check, Please restaurant plus a meet-and-greet with host Kae Lani during dinner. Thirteen (13) Second Place $50 Gift Certificates to Check, Please restaurants will be awarded each Friday from January 10 through April 3, 2020.

Entries that do not meet all qualifications will be automatically disqualified without notification. Duplicate entries will not be accepted and will be removed before the drawing. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Limit one prize per person and/or household.
