This holiday season, try something new: beer!

Readers of a certain age may recall Lum’s family restaurant chain of the 1960s and ’70s, and their signature dish: hot dogs steamed in beer.  Fast forward to today and patrons are enjoying pork-belly corndogs with truffle mustard, slow-cooked double bock barbecued meatballs, IPA infused wings, and much more.

They’re just a few of the 155 recipes in “The American Craft Beer Cookbook.”  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with the author, beer journalist John Holl.
