New Jersey to start assessing kids as young as pre-K

    New Jersey joins neighbor Delaware and other states embarking on a new program to assess children as they enter kindergarten.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with NJ Spotlight Founding Editor and Education Reporter John Mooney about what state officials hope to achieve.
