Bhutanese refugee now helps his countrymen get settled in Philly

    It may be the end of the week, but for the city’s newest immigrants, now is just the start of their new life in America.  Few people can appreciate that more than Dilli Chamlagai, a Bhutanese refugee now living in Philadelphia, and our guest on this week’s Recap. He now helps other refugees through the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia.
