In his first address to the United Nations General Assembly, President Obama challenged world leaders to live up to their responsibilities while acknowledging the failings of U.S. foreign policy. Guest host Dave Davies talks to the Inquirer’s DICK POLMAN and TRUDY RUBIN about the vision Obama articulated as well as other foreign policy issues he faces including the war in Afghanistan, the Middle East Peace process and relations with Iran.
