Former Philadelphia District Attorney is sentenced in Federal court. Federal charges are leveled against two aides to Congressman Bob Brady in connection to the 2012 race. A Jewish cemetery that was vandalized earlier this year has been restored. A new report shows great numbers of Pennsylvania students of color are reading and writing below grade level.  The Christina School District in Delaware is experiencing massive declines in enrollment, as students leave for charter schools. A group of Rittenhouse Square residents organize to help the homeless in the area.
