The New Jersey Supreme court upheld an exception to the the law requiring a warrant to seize illegal property, Joe Hernandez has details. Laura Benshoff reports on issues at the Burks Detention Center, the same center where many went on a hunger strike last summer. Finally, Dave Heller sits down with Tom Ginsberg, Researcher at Pew Trust about the lessening tax burden between Philadelphia residents compared to Philadelphia workers who live in the suburbs.
