    The Bill Cosby sexual assault trial begins Monday in Montgomery County, Bobby Allyn reports on the rules the reports will be operating under. Dave Heller chats with Jeff Edelstein and L.A. Parker about New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s new initiatives in Trenton. Racial issues have been prominent in York County, Pennsylvania; a series called “Grappling with Racial Tension” about those issues begins with a piece from Emily Previti. Peter Crimmins climbed the scaffolding and stood on William Penn’s hat on top of Philadelphia’s City Hall and describes the experience.
