Kevin McCorry describes some neighborhood celebrations around Philadelphia in honor of Independence Day.  On this week’s “The Short Answer,” Zack Seward and Elana Gordon discuss the development of federal health exchanges.  Peter Crimmins presents a story on the Curtis Institute’s new online programs.  Finally, as part of a new segment called “Story Corner,” writer and writing teacher Diana Spechler explains what it’s like to be dating a guy who’s contractually obligated to marry a woman he meets on a forthcoming reality show.
