Legalizing Video Poker in Pennsylvania

    PA governor Ed Rendell has proposed legalizing video poker machines in bars and social clubs, using the revenue for tuition assistance at state and community colleges. We talk with Kutztown University professor TIMOTHY O’BOYLE who conducted a 2006 study of the illegal use of the machines and Representative CURT SHRODER who is republican chairman of the House Gaming Oversight Committee.
