The release of classified documents by WikiLeaks has raised questions about the state of American diplomacy and the roles of transparency and secrecy in foreign policy.  While most agree that little new information was learned in the most recent document dump, others say the documents tell us more about the way the U.S. deals with classified information, put U.S. citizens working overseas in intelligence at risk, and threatens relationships with our allies.  We talk with SCOTT HORTON of Harper’s Magazine and HEATHER HURLBURT of the National Security Network.
