Victory Village
As you celebrate the kick off of summer this Memorial Day weekend, we also remember those who have given their lives in service for their country. For veterans coming home, the transition to civilian life can be tough for those who need some extra help. There is construction taking place in Middletown and will be known as Victory Village.
