Fire Fight

Nobody will argue that state and local governments should continue looking for ways to be more efficient and still provide the same services for residents. In Wilmington, that argument has gotten a lot louder in the past couple of weeks with a move by City Council to de-fund eight vacant fire fighting jobs. First Look reports on the services versus savings argument and why the fire department is first on the list.
