Year in review

Phillyist has begun its annual tradition of recapping the year with a series of lists. The blog will count down to 2011 with various lists highlighting the city’s highs and lows. Today, they look at urban development projects.

The list looks at projects in several parts of the city from buildings to sidewalks to parks. Coming in at No. 10 is the new West Philly High School. Citywide affordable housing grabbed the No. 1 spot, and green schoolyards landed smack in the middle. The site also doled out a few honorable mentions.
