Wolf Blitzer to be honored at Temple

Temple University is presenting its Lew Klein Excellence in the Media Award to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.The veteran anchor and reporter will be honored Oct. 29.

He’s the 15th recipient of the award, named for broadcasting pioneer Lew Klein.

Seven alumni from Temple’s School of Media and Communication will also be honored.

They include “Arrested Development” and “Biggest Loser” producer John Foy and Detroit Public Television President and CEO Ritschard Homberg.
