When texting gets dangerous: what’s the etiquette?

    A National Transportation Safety Board report released this week shows a tugboat mate involved in last summer’s fatal duck boat crash was texting. WHYY’s Carolyn Beeler reports texting has proven dangerous for pedestrians, as well.
