West Passyunk police dept. survey

A note from Andrew Pinkham, President of the West Passyunk Neighbors Association

Next Tuesday evening 10/19 is1st Police Precinct community meeting. Located at 24th & Wolf Sts. at 6:30 PM.

In addition to and shortly after the meeting, WNPA, has been asked to participate in a Police Station community survey as part of the Police Station Visitors Week Project. This is completely voluntary and the survey & tour would take just over an hour.

Here is a brief description that I got from the information kit:

“The visit and the kit have been designed to benefit both the police and the community. For police institutions, the kit can serve as a channel for approaching the communities served by the station and obtaining feedback from them. By facilitating the visits, police demonstrate their willingness to work with the community to identify problems.”
