    Franklin Square Opening Day, Friday, March 1stThe whole family enjoys this fun and colorful square at 6th and Races Streets. Complete with Philly Mini Golf, a Liberty Carousel, a huge playground and fun fountain, the Square offers a fun outing for all. Families can pack a lunch, or at the many adjacent restaurants. The burger and milkshake stand at the park opens later in the month. Starting in March the park is open every day at 10am. 

    ‘Cabin Fever’ (ends March 3rd)It’s been cold this winter and we’ve all spent too much time inside. Adventure Aquarium celebrates “Cabin Fever” with a great sale for families. This is the last weekend you can enjoy general admission tickets for $15 (that’s a $10 savings)

The children get to participate in meaningful, age-appropriate worship. Musical Marching Minyan for toddlers begins at 10 AM and various other services for pre-schoolers and older begin at 11 AM.     Saturday @SCEE for kidsSaturday, March 2nd, 10:30amCheck out the earliest signs of Spring at Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education with a nature stroll. Children and their caregivers will explore nature and study different objects found while exploring the woods along the nature trails at the Center. SCEE is located at 8480 Hagy’s Mill Road. The program runs from 10:30-11:30am.
