Vineland’s Sacred Heart High School to remain open

More new on the school-closings front, this time from New Jersey.

Monsignor John Burton told Sacred Heart High School students today their Vineland school will remain open. Just last month, the school was one of three in the Camden Diocese that Bishop Joseph Galante said would close.

The News of Cumberland County reports the Save Sacred Heart High School fundraising campaign, formed after the closure announcement, has pledged to raise $300,000 by May 1.
