US Transportation Secretary visits Delaware

U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood will be in Dover to announce what’s being called a “major distracted driving initiative.’  
LaHood will be joined by Delaware Governor Jack Markell and state highway safety officials for the announcement this afternoon at Legislative Hall.  LaHood will also discuss a significant national strategy for ending distracted driving that will also be unveiled.
