Upper Darby High School reaches out to parochial students losing their school

If appeals don’t go as planned, many Catholic school students in the Philadelphia area will need to find a new school for next year. That includes students at Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill.

And if they’re at all considering a move to public school, there’s a place down the block waiting with open arms.
Upper Darby School District Superintendent Lou DeVlieger tells the Delaware County Daily Times the high school is encouraging Bonner and Prendie students to have a look at what UDHS has to offer. DeVliger said it’d “be and honor” to add the parochial students to the building.
